To ensure all our guests have a wonderful experience, we've compiled answers to common questions about our wedding, cruise, and other important details. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to join us in celebrating.

How do I book my cabin?

Contact Gary to reserve your stateroom! We've pre-booked a selection of rooms across all categories, offering you discounted rates and an exclusive $100 bar tab to enjoy onboard.

Can i Pay Monthly?

Certainly! A 20% deposit is required initially, with the remaining balance due by June 2028. Should you prefer to make monthly payments, please inform us, and we can arrange that for you.

Is Gratuity included?

A gratuity of £76.84 per person for the entire trip will be added to your total amount, so there is no need for additional tipping on board.

When is the ceremony?

We will share the exact details closer to the time and these can be found on our "Wedding Details" page. Please also keep an eye on this page for any last-minute updates or changes to the schedule, as we want to ensure all our guests are fully informed and prepared for our special day.

Can I wear heels on the ship?

Yes - Especially the men!

Are we glued together for the 6 days?

No , we have set events planned to include private complimentary open bars, welcome drink get togethers but this is your adventurs as much as it is ours.

The WiFi is complimentary for all Sailors and we will communciate our plans each day for those that wish to meet up.

Can i bring alcohol on board?

You can bring two (2) 750mL bottles of wine per cabin in carry-on bags.

Do I need an ESTA?

If you're travelling to the USA under the Visa Waiver Program, you'll need an approved ESTA before you travel. These are valid for 2 years so we recommend getting them at the end of october to make sure all is fine. 

Are children allowed?

No, we’re not having kids (yes even the grown up ones!) at our wedding. We want everyone to relax and enjoy themselves without worrying about little and not so little ones. Virgin Voyages is an adults-only cruise line, so all guests must be 21 or older.

What about flights?

We will look at cost of flights 11 months in advance of the cruise and can let you know prices that we have found.
